Product Manager, Digital Assets

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Web3 enthusiast to join our fast-growing Digital Assets division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's digital asset strategy, product development, and market positioning. Leveraging deep crypto-native expertise, they will drive innovative product initiatives, conduct research on industry trends, and identify emerging opportunities. With strong technical acumen, this individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions, solve complex challenges, and enhance product design. This is a key role for a proactive individual passionate about shaping the future of digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Leverage crypto expertise to research trends, identify opportunities, and develop new digital asset products.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies for tokenization and innovative digital asset solutions.

• Lead tokenization and digital asset product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams across investments, operations, and compliance.

• Engage with ecosystem partners—protocols, exchanges, custodians, trading firms, distribution partners—to drive innovation and adoption.

• Stay current on blockchain, DeFi, and virtual asset developments globally and locally.

• Support internal teams with research, technical solutions, and product improvements.

• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive through industry research or prior experience in Web3.

Skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in blockchain or digital assets, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.

• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, Web3, and blockchain-based financial products.

• Strong knowledge of tokenization, market infrastructure, token standards, and protocols.

• Familiarity with mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment structures preferred.

• Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders on digital asset topics.

• Knowledge of blockchain regulatory landscapes and working with financial institutions.

• Familiar with exchanges, virtual assets, and Web3 infrastructure.

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; proficient in data analytics platforms.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of research, contributions to Web3, or startup experience.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin a must, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Established network across blockchain and financial sectors.
