Assistant Human Resources Manager (R0820-AHRM)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition for our restaurant group, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide support to compensation & benefits functions
• Assist to manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and staff
• Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• 4 - 6 years’ HR experience with a focus on recruitment or account servicing from Hospitality
• Well versed in HK employment regulations and ordinance
• Hands-on experience in supporting expatriates
• Experience in new restaurant opening or set-up of new business will be added advantage
• Passionate to develop his / her HR career in F&B arena with strong interest in French culture will be preferable
• Presentable, analytical, detail-minded, independent, well-organized and with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
