We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant / Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and performance management
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave tracking, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
Plan and conduct new employee orientations to promote a positive onboarding experience and align with company goals
Assist in organizing company activities, team-building events, and staff engagement initiatives
Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, annual leave, sick leave, and other leave policies
Provide HR support and advice to management on staff-related issues, offering guidance to resolve challenges effectively
Compile and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes
Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Roles & Responsibilities: As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in driving transformational change, cultivating a healthy and productive work environment, and overseeing the complete HR process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a sizable organization
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong numerical and analytical abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure
