Responsibilities

Office Automation System(OA System): Supports the automation of daily office and management processes.

Information Technology Support: Ensures the security and stable operation of information systems.

Vehicle Management System: Helps manage the scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles.

Seal and contract management: Ensure legal and compliant use and storage.

Post-Investment management: Ensure that post investment management artifacts are smoothand compliant.

Document management: Drafting and writing various minutes, reports and document storage.

Board Secretary: Responsible for the work of the Board Secretary.

Office Procurement: Responsible for various office procurements and negotiations with suppliers.

Fixed Asset Management System: Monitors and manages the use and maintenance of company fixed assets.

Software and Tools: Includes word processing software, data analysis tools, and project management software.

Policy and rule Implementation: Formulates and enforces administrative regulations.

Legal and Compliance Resources: Ensures all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the company and superiors.

Requirement

管理、法律或相關領域的學士學位

行政管理經驗:至少5年的行政管理經驗,具備管理公司固定資產、採購、牌照管理、控股架構、各類總結報告等方面的實際操作經驗。能夠與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴進行有效溝通。能夠組織和監督規章制度的修訂及執行。

細節導向:對印章管理和每月公司報告等細節工作有高度的關注。

法律知識:了解相關法律法規,確保公司運營合規。

技術能力:熟悉使用辦公軟件和管理系統,提升工作效率。
資歷經驗較多的申請人將被考慮為經理。
