- Develop and manager cruise tour products.
- Responsible for maximizing cruise tour bookings and revenue.
- Coordinate with cruise companies to manage regular promotional campaigns.
- Manage relationships with airlines, cruise lines and land operators
- Ensure smooth operations of the cruise tours
- Ensure high level of satisfaction of the clients
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in tourism studies.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Cruise products.
- Work Independent, responsible and multi-tasking.
- Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
- Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
- Good communication skills with peoples.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently.
