Responsibilities:
- Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers
- Counter sales to retail customers of cruise packages
- Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with cruise company to manage promotional campaign
Requirements:
- Must be digital savvy and good with technologies
- Diploma in Tourism or related discipline and above
- Minimum 2 years of Cruise Consultant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred
- Good communication skills with peoples
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently
