Your duties:
Plan and design documentation for import, export, and re-export operations
Verify required proofs and documents in accordance with freight regulations
Handle documentation for general cargo as well as specialized items such as dangerous goods, prohibited goods, and dutiable commodities
Manage customs clearance procedures and stay updated on changes in customs regulations
Obtain licenses for freight operations and coordinate relevant administrative arrangements
Review workflows to improve operational efficiency and update business manuals and SOPs accordingly
Prepare monthly reports and ensure accuracy in all deliverables
Oversee contract management and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
Research and update pricing lists for multiple airlines
Effectively manage space allocation by coordinating with individual airlines and co-loaders
Strengthen marketing efforts through strong relationships with airlines and co-loaders
Visualize space utilization and provide feedback to relevant departments
Negotiate patiently with multiple airlines for airfreight rate reductions and collaborate with internal teams to secure optimal services
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
How to join the OCSHK family:
Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in supply chain and logistics is preferable
In-depth knowledge of airfreight operations and industry practices
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Maturity with highly developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to work effectively with all levels of personnel in different functions
Strong PC application skills, such as MS Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
Fluent written English and Chinese and spoken English and Cantonese
Your working schedule:
5 days work week
0900-1800
