In this position, you will:
- Analyze customer behavioral data to generate insights for marketing programs
- Explore the opportunities and provide recommendations/insight of postpaid business.
- Participate in the formulation of marketing strategy which is in line with company objectives.
- Support and provide analytical reports on customers' portfolio evaluation, behavior analysis, sales performance to develop appropriate marketing programs.
- Formulate segmented customer strategy and implement marketing programs.
- Work with internal and external parties to implement marketing programs, service and offers.
- Measure, report and analyze marketing program effectiveness to grow inbase revenue.
- Monitor competitors’ offers and collect market intelligence to keep track on the market trend
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials, written reports and proposals
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Customer segmentation and data analysis skills would be an advantage
- Good data analysis, project management and presentation skills
- Strong in numerical sense, attention to details, self-motivated and multi-tasking
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft, Excel (vlookup / Pivot Table / Sumif etc) and PowerPoint
