The Role

Associate/AVP, Business Support, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for managing IT related projects, including project planning, coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring project progress, ensuring high-quality and efficient project delivery;
• Responsible for handling business requirements, conducting requirement analysis and evaluation, and overseeing the entire implementation process to ensure all requirements are delivered on time with high-quality;
• Responsible for the production support of front-end trading systems/APP. Gather enquires and provide speedy response to users;
• Responsible for system data wrangling; assist in data analysis to support business decision;
• Responsible for process and system optimization to fulfill business requirement;
• Daily administrative work;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• University degree in Information Technology or Finance related disciplines;
• Strong project management skills with securities industry experience;
• Candidate with basic knowledge of computer software preferred (i.e. familiar with Linus operations, database maintenance, middleware (Redis, MQ, Nginx, etc.) and 1 or more script languages);
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work.
