店務運營助理Community & Operations Associate (Part-Time)
職責 Job Responsibilities
- 提供優質客戶服務，及保持舒適的環境，為客人提供專業服務體驗
- 協助處理客戶信息，管理房間預訂及介紹空間環境
要求 Job Requirements
- 具獨立工作能力，同時也著重團隊工作
- 良好的中英文溝通能力
- 積極工作態度
工作安排Benefits & Others
- 一周最少工作11小時（兩個SHIFTS) ，良好工作環境，花紅計劃和員工福利
Job Specifications
- Manage overall operation and interact professionally with our users
- Assist social events, workshops, conferences, as well as community projects
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across industries and nationalities
- Provide administrative and office support
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, self-motivated are essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Openings in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan & Sha Tin
- Ability to work in the evening 18:00-23:00 (weekdays) and generally in one day of weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55.00 - $67.00 per hour
