Responsibilities
Business Development
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends customer insights, and emerge opportunities to optimize marketing strategies and enhance performance in order to stay ahead of the industry
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning the milestones with business objectives
- Formulate and execute programs to broaden product penetration in aesthetic market and to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute brand activation plans to strengthen brand positioning and drive customer / client engagement
- Independently manage new product development launch initiatives
Account Management
- Identify and develop business opportunities and client networks, and grow the client base to sustain business growth
- Provide professional sales & account management and customer services support to maintain excellent relationship with existing and new clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales & product management experience, preferably with a proven track record in the beauty, medical aesthetic, or related fields
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented, with a dynamic, outgoing attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
