Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with Disputes & Investigation Team and Banking & Funds Team on all the business development activities for revenue growth in line with the firm's strategic plan
Advise BD&M plans for practice groups and partners in promoting market awareness and recognition
Execute marketing campaigns through different channels to achieve practice areas and broader firm positioning in the market
Assist in managing pitching materials, credentials and CVs maintenance
Lead all relevant submissions for directories and awards
Work parallel with Asia Marketing & PR Team on client event activities, share best practice and facilitate collaboration with lawyers, clients, markets and growth team
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder with at least 6 years BD&M experience within professional firms
Hands on skills in managing pitches, events, legal directories and submissions are preferred
Attention to details with out-going personality
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Chineses and English written skills in highly recommended
Less experience candidate will be considered a Senior BD&M Coordinator
