Job Description:
The Department invites applications for the above positions. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Management: Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, Research Methods.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree and should demonstrate commitment to excellence in research and teaching and be willing to work collaboratively with colleagues. Evidence of the ability to publish in top-tier journals is required. Interviews may be arranged at the coming Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark on 25-29 July 2025 and/or on the HKBU campus in Hong Kong at a later stage.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of three years commencing September 2026 or the earliest available date. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. Appointment will be initially made on a tenure-track basis, but outstanding candidates may be considered for tenure on appointment.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
