Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and integrate market trends to offer valuable insights for business and marketing campaigns, aiding in the development of strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights for specialized projects such as CRM and partnership.
- Perform thorough market analysis on competitor landscape for sharpening product, pricing and promotion positioning.
- Undertake market research to identify business opportunities, facilitating the business plan for sustainable growth.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial & Business Partnership team, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments, showcasing adaptability and adept problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analytics or CRM analytics within the F&B, Retail, or FMCG industry.
- Experience in PowerBI/ Tableau is advantageous.
- Demonstrate numerical proficiency, coupled with strong business acumen and adept project management skills.
- Self-driven individual capable of working independently and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Skilled in MS PowerPoint and Excel (e.g. vlookup and pivot tables).
- Prior internship experience in marketing, data analysis, or related fields is a plus.
