Responsibility
Develop growth strategies for all portfolio and oversee the development of strategies
Organize and maximize promotion opportunities amongst different department
Monitoring promotion effectiveness and implementation at stores
Promotion discount and price input
Post promotion review
Measure, monitor and lead team members accountable to goals. Build and develop high performing teams
Coordinate with internal divisions, (marketing, operations, project team, etc) to execute the planned goals
Investigate the complaints and propose remedial actions to prevent the possibility of any recurrence
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
At least 8 years' merchandising experience, with at least 2 years of managing a professional retail / merchandising / category management team
Proven track record of driving transformational performance in a retail business through the implementation of innovative strategies
Working knowledge of modern merchandising tools and systems (promotions, assortment, pricing, optimization, etc.)
Strong leadership, Coordination skills, Analytical, good team player, creative, customer focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated
Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Good command of PC proficiency including Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
