Customer Service Assistant / Executive
Responsibilities:
- Answering client correspondences through email, and by phone.
- Administrative support (documentation, invoicing, filing, data entry for the customer system, etc)
- Prepare proposal, quotation and agreement for the customer
- Communicate with laboratory staff on sample handling and test requirements, etc to ensure projects proceed in a satisfactory manner
- Monitor test status and keep testing record
- Ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Assist in other duties assigned by Supervisor / Manager
**Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive**
