Air Freight Operation

Job Descriptions:

• Handle full set of Air Export documentation

• System data entry

• Follow up shipment status

• Responsible for daily inquiry related to external and internal parties

• Co-ordinate with warehouse / sub-contractor for pick up arrangement and proper cargo loading plan

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above with at least 1 year's working experience in Global Freight Forwarding.

• Proficiency in PC applications including MS word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fair command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Immediate availability is an advantage
