We are looking for a Demi Chef - Bakery (Overnight) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Demi Chef - Bakery (Overnight), we rely on you to:
Prepare food production in Pastry Kitchen according to the Chef's specification, requirements and recipes
Be responsible for display of food items and show pieces
Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle food preparation
Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times
We are looking for someone who has:
Form 5 or Certificate holder of Pastry production of Vocational Training Council
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in related professions, with 1-2 years of experience in supervisory position
Strong understanding of the operation of relevant section including daily operation, cost control, procurement system, HACCP and work safety
Good command of English and Chinese
Willingness to work on overnight shift
