Deputy Finance & HR Manager

Work Location: Tsuen Wan

Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1830 hours, including 1 hour meal break, and Saturday from 0900 to 1300 hours

Remuneration: HK$22,000 - HK$25,000 per month (Negotiable)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Finance: Managing daily accounting operations, month-end closing & payroll processing, financial reporting, budgeting, and potentially some aspects of financial analysis.
• HR: Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits & Employment Contract, performance management, and potentially training and development.
• Reporting: Reporting to the General Manager and Director in the Company.
• Team Management: Potentially managing a team of finance and HR staff

Requirements:

• At least diploma holder in Finance or Accounting or Business or related disciplines
• 2 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong or Mainland China
• Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong numerical sense, analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Occasional travel is required
• Organizing and managing Company business events & functions
