To supervise a small team and monitor a full spectrum of HR & Administrative supports, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement, retention, office renovation & maintenance etc.
Review and implement HR & Administration policies, procedures and maintain the HR & Admin programs.
Prepare annual budgets and monitor HR & Admin related expenses.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Tertiary education in human resources or related disciplines preferred;
At least 5 years’ experience in HR and administration field & at least 2 years in supervisory role with strong knowledge of recruitment practice and major labour legislation ;
Hands on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint), experience in sourcing, HRMS data migration and trial run is a definite advantage ;
Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive, analytical and work independently & willing to take up challenges with “Can-do” attitude;
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem-solving skill ;
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing and HRMS.
Previous experience with NGO is a definite advantage.
