HR & Admin Manager
Responsibilities:
Be part of the management team to jointly realise Stewards mission.
Lead the HR team on the full spectrum of HR & Administrative management covering general administration support, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement, retention, office renovation & maintenance etc.
Ensure all HR policies comply with labour laws and regulations, staying current with legislative changes.
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
A serving heart with the passion to implement Stewards mission.
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
At least 10 years’ experience in HR and administration field & at least 5 years in supervisory role.
Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive, analytical and work independently & willing to take up challenges with “Can-do” attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem-solving skill.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in MS applications and HRMS.
Previous experience with NGO is a definite advantage.
