Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your mission:
Develop and execute cloud strategies for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with group objectives and compliance requirements.
Lead the migration and deployment of applications to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to security best practices and collaboration with IT departments.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cloud infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure architectures, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
Design and implement DevSecOps toolchains to optimize the software development lifecycle, integrating security at every stage.
Provide operational support for new technology platforms used by digital and business teams, enabling self-service capabilities.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation and operation of cloud and DevSecOps services.
Ensure all cloud-based services comply with industry regulations and standards, conducting regular assessments to maintain security and integrity.
Your profile:
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless architectures.
Proficiency in major cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform), and microservice architecture.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with project management experience.
Proven experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps platforms and cloud infrastructure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
