Job Description
Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR support to achieve business goals.
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and gaps; and develop workforce planning solutions.
- Support organizational change initiatives.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives and communication.
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top talent to the organization.
Graduate Trainee Programs
- Manage structured graduate trainee programs to attract and nurture young talent.
- Provide support to trainees, facilitating their professional development and integration into the company.
Mobility Management
- Manage employee mobility cases, including domestic and international relocations, secondments, and expatriate assignments.
- Provide guidance on mobility policies, immigration requirements, and relocation support.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for employees and their families.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a minimum of 12+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a background in the banking and financial services sector preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese is essential.
