EPURE Demi Chef de Partie(Michelin Star Restaurant)I(5-Day Work) (R0818-DCDP-E)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef to ensure the high quality of food production in a specified kitchen section
- Maintain the high standard of day-to-day operations
- Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and adhere to the portion controls and standards of the Company
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ culinary experience in upscale western restaurants or hotels
- A good team player with strong communication skills
- Passionate about fine dining culinary skills
- Good spoken of Cantonese and English
