Our Two-Michelin-Starred Restaurant, led by *Cheffe Vicky Lau*, is looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our innovative team.
Located in the heart of Sheung Wan, TATE Dining Room combines French and Chinese influences with modern gastronomy, offering a unique and creative culinary experience.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the development and execution of all menus, ensuring creativity and excellence.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food production for seamless and timely service.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all dishes.
- Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to foster growth and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Lead the team effectively during peak service hours, maintaining order and discipline.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a **Junior Sous Chef* position.*

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in kitchen management, cost control, and menu planning.
- In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Minimum 5-7 years of culinary experience, preferably in fine dining or similar roles.
- Deep understanding of fine dining culture and beverage pairings.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
- A cooperative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
