Equity Trader

1.负责股票执行交易，及时准确地将代理客户的证券交易指令通过电子化或书面交易系统执行； Responsible for stock execution. Execute trading instructions on behalf of clients/IC/IA through electronic or written trading systems timely and accurately. 2.负责客户交易前期与IC/客户沟通，包括交易前市场的分析，交易中及时反馈市场信息，提出合理化操作建议； Responsible for communicating with sales team/clients in the early stage of customer transactions, including pre-transaction market analysis, timely feedback of market information during transactions, and putting forward rational operation suggestions. 3.负责交易/产品数据维护与分析； Responsible for analysis of trading data. 4.负责追踪业务各项法规的变动，与legal/compliance合作协调； Responsible for tracking changes in various business regulations and coordinating with legal & Compliance department. 5.负责优化相关系统的协调； Responsible for the coordination to optimize trading related systems. 6.负责新业务与中后台的协调； Responsible for the coordination of middle and back office for new business line. 7.负责制作/更新交易操作指南，并教育训练； Responsible for producing/updating trading operation guides, and providing education and training for sales team. 8.债券/票据类:尽职调查，上架新产品； Due diligence and new product launch for bonds/notes products. 9.交易后负责与中台联系顺利交割； Responsible for contacting the middle office for smooth delivery after transaction. 10.能在组内互相支持； Able to support each other within the group; willing to work shifts. 11.其他交易/内控等相关工作或上级交办的其他工作。 Able to support other transaction/internal control and other related work or other work assigned by supervisors.

1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质； Has outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behavior. 2.大学本科及以上金融、经济、IT或相关专业毕业； Undergraduate degree or above from universities, majoring in Finance, Economics, IT or related discipline. 3.高度自律，注重细节； Highly self-disciplined and attention to details. 4.具有良好的编程能力者优先，但对此不做硬性要求； Having sound programming skills is a plus, but not a hard requirement. 5.具有良好的团队合作精神和在高压环境下高效工作的能力； Good team worker in an efficient working atmosphere under high pressure. 6.具有分析能力，对金融市场趋势敏感； Analytical minded and sensitive to financial market trends. 7.具有出色的人际交往、演讲和沟通技巧； Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. 8.精通中英文口语和写作，普通话流利者优先。 Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
