About Us:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented executive assistant to join our team and support our human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain member records and ensure accurate documentation and effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new team members.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and administration.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor(s).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
