Your Adventure Ahead
- Distribute ShopBack point-of-sale materials (POSMs) to partner outlets
- Manage daily visit routes and logistics to maximize productivity
- Conduct on-site merchant training and educate outlet staff on ShopBack’s digital solutions
- Analyze operational metrics & troubleshoot operational issues affecting partners
- Assist in the deployment of campaigns, signage, and promotions to enhance user retention and acquisition
- Gather and maintain up-to-date outlet information, including store visuals, POSM visibility, and system feedback
- Provide field insights to improve operations and partner experience
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Essentials to Succeed
- A self started with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiar with the roads in Hong Kong & willing to commute to various places within Hong Kong
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
