Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for retail operations team including frontline staff duty roster, commission/incentive calculation etc.
- Compile regular reports, Excel or other software for retail operations team and management review
- Handle frontline staff’s enquiries and work with various department to support smooth daily operation of shops
- Handle CS enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties/other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Services Operations, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Good team player with good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 2-3 days per week
