Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works
- Prepare handover documents and materials
- Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new residential development projects
- Assist in handover booking arrangement and answer hotline enquiries
- Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
- Coordinate with project team for defect rectification works
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Experience in handover of residential properties is a definite advantage
- Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Shift duty is required (5-day work per week, 9-hours per shift)
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
