Responsibilities:
- Work in the role of Asia Pacific Business Development in Order Management Solutions (OMS)
- Lead and own the strategic growth agenda for Order Management Solutions including Ocean Carrier Management (OCM) in Asia Pacific, driving new business development and organic growth across the region
- Support destination region business development initiatives to ensure seamless global collaboration
- Champion network-wide sales engagement, training, and product innovation in partnership with Business Solutions
- Align regional sales objectives with global strategy, ensuring consistent execution and performance
- Manage and develop the regional business development team upholding values of respect and results
- Provide strategic direction to the account development team and to the countries in the region to strengthen customer retention and drive growth
- Deliver on regional growth targets through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership
Requirements:
- Degree or above in supply chain, logistics, or business related
- Advanced understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and consolidation
- 8 years or above relevant experience in logistics and supply chain industry, with leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Independent, motivated self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Experience managing senior customer relationships and complex deals
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of supply chain / logistics TMS systems and digital supply chain solutions a plus
