Human Resources & Administration Officer
Job Duties:
- Perform full spectrum of HR and administration functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, office procurement, corporate insurance etc.
- Assist and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS
- Prepare HR reports and analysis/statistics for management review
- Support in general HR and administration duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably gained from the Property Management or related industry
- Well versed in HK Employment / MPF Ordinance and labour related ordinance/regulations
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Sociable, dynamic, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player.
- Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Administration Officer.
