Human Resources Manager - Reward & Analytics
Reporting to the HR Director in the region, this incumbent will lead all regional C&B projects for Asia & Oceania.
Responsibilities
Project Management: In charge of regional C&B projects eg HRIS, Global budget tools etc
HR Data / HR Analytics: In charge of all C&B budget & analysis. Implementation and monitoring of the HR KPIs dashboard, CSR audit - collection of information, Control and correction of HRIS data, Elaboration of the simplified reports and prepare budget meetings
Compensation & Benefits: Work with internal/external stakeholders to continuously improve work process and cost efficiency. Full ownership in managing key market C&B related matters. Referent and guarantor of the reliability of the data of the payroll management tool. Monitoring the payroll data and analysis of the region. Collection and consolidation of salary request. Managing and reporting of variable remuneration
Support periodical market analysis in staff salary and benefits survey. Support the annual performance appraisals and annual bonus and salary review exercise. Serve as a one of the key facilitators, to ensure that employees understand policies, working conditions, benefits and promotion opportunities. Ensure all HR activities are compliance with all legal requirements
Qualifications
A university degree in human resources, social science or related disciplines
A seasoned HR generalist with at least 10 years' relevant experience gained from sizeable company with minimum 4 years in managerial or above level
Solid C&B experience in handling complicated payroll in retail environment and manage employee’s benefits on a regional scope
Practical project experience in HRIS implementation
Fully conversant with Mailand China, Hong Kong and rest of Asia employment relevant ordinance
Enjoying meeting with people to understand their business challenges and needs and able to play an advisory role to deliver excellent employment experience
Organized and details oriented with an analytical minded
A good team player with an entrepreneur spirit
