Responsibilities
- Carry out site coordination and supervision of station improvement works and alterations and additions works to ensure work quality, construction safety and proper management of site records
- Liaise with relevant parties on site works, carry out safety inspection, monitor testing and commissioning, compile and maintain site records
- Assist in reviewing design submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness of as-built records
- Take up the role of Technically Competent Person (T3) in carrying out the required site supervision duties if required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Civil / Building / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience in construction works, preferably gained in an operating railway environment
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
