Responsibilities:
1.Assist in developing IR materials such as presentations, scripts, Q&A, announcements, press releases, factsheets, digital content, etc. to convey the Company’s investment story.
2.Develop and maintain amiable relationship with sell-side analysts, investors and media to support the Company’s IR strategy.
3.Monitor market and industry development, and help prepare internal reports for senior management.
4.Organise and coordinate various IR events such as results briefings, press conferences, roadshows, shareholders’ meetings, etc.
5.Help enhance ESG disclosure and compliance and handle requests from various rating agencies.
6.Engage with renowned financial publications to promote the Company’s corporate image among the investment community.
7.Assist in ad-hoc assignments as necessary.
Requirements:
1.Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Investment, Finance Analytics, or a related field.
2.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in telecommunications or Internet industry is preferred. Those with rich experience may also be considered for the Investor Relations Supervisor position.
3.Solid knowledge of telecommunications industry as well as Hong Kong and mainland China financial markets.
4.Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
5.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
6.Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
7.Proactive, detail-minded, analytical and able to meet deadlines with quality deliverables.
8.Experience with graphical design and IR digital tools is a plus.
