Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of corporate communication materials, including (but not limited to) interim and annual reports, corporate presentations and videos and ESG publications
- Support the execution of investor relations, public relations and corporate communication activities
- Collate industry and market data/information
- Maintain IR-related database and handle public enquiries
- Handle departmental administrative works and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Languages or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in listed companies of the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as Chinese word processing
- Able to work independently, detail-minded and self-motivated
