Responsible for assisting in the formulation and implementation of the company's investor relations strategy, maintaining and analyzing communication with analysts, institutional investors, and retail investors. The goal is to enhance the company's transparency and reputation in the capital markets, supporting the company’s share price to reasonably reflect its intrinsic value.
Key Responsibilities
Information Communication and Reporting
Assist in preparing annual reports, ESG reports, earnings announcements, and roadshow materials in both Chinese and English, ensuring compliance with the Listing Rules and regulatory requirements.
Regularly update the company's investor relations section on the website and disclose announcements.
Investor Communication
Respond to investor inquiries, organize analyst meetings, earnings release conferences, and non-deal roadshows (NDR).
Maintain the investor database, track shareholder structure changes, and monitor institutional investor holdings.
Market Intelligence Analysis
Monitor industry and peer company developments, analyze reasons for stock price fluctuations, and regularly provide feedback reports to management.
Collect sell-side research reports and distill key insights for decision-making.
Relationship Management
Assist in organizing investor open days, major investment forums (e.g., HKEX Investment Summit), and other events.
Support ongoing relationships with cornerstone investors post-IPO.
Compliance Support
Ensure all disclosures adhere to the Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Assist in handling inquiries from regulatory authorities regarding investor affairs.
Job Requirements Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, securities analysis, or auditing, with preference given to candidates with IR experience in Hong Kong stocks or Chinese concept stocks.
Languages: Proficient in English and Cantonese , fluent in Mandarin (written proficiency at business document level).
Skills:
Skilled in using Bloomberg/Refinitiv terminals, Excel financial modeling, and PowerPoint presentation.
Familiarity with Hong Kong's Listing Rules and disclosure requirements (e.g., ESG reporting guidelines).
Excellent presentation skills and cross-departmental coordination abilities. Preferred Qualifications
Holding CFA/CPA/IR association certifications (e.g., HKIRA member).
Background in insurance, securities, or technology-related industries.
