岗位职责:
负责桌面计算机软硬件(计算机、服务器、电话、视频会议、录音仪、IT监控、网络设施和其他附属硬件设施,如打印扫描仪等)
安装、配置、升级、运行维护与管理,保障桌面系统正常运行,满足日常工作的需要
负责桌面应用服务管理、负责AD账号权限管理、各种PC权限管理、员工外网权限管理
负责对OA系统、企业邮箱、软件、服务器的维护更新,人员增删改查
具备路由、交换及防火墙设备的基础知识,能够协助网络人员处理办公区或门店的有线和无线网故障
负责办公环境(机房、会议室等)的例行巡检
负责IT业务流程优化,撰写相关流程手册文档
职位要求:
3年以上IT桌面支持工作经验,大专以上学历
熟悉主流操作系统,常见办公软件和外设的安装、配置、排障;熟悉Windows全系操作系统、服务器及产品架构、以及linux操作系统
拥有基本的服务器和网络方面的知识,熟悉ITIL流程者优先
独立分析和解决问题的能力,能够快速并有效的解决各种工作环境中的问题
善于沟通交流,具有良好的责任意识和服务意识
英语能达到听说读写水平
