1. Identify and develop asset management business and fundraising opportunities.
2. Participate in the development and launch of new company products, providing professional insights from an operations and settlement perspective.
3. Ensure that all business activities comply with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) requirements for Type 4 and Type 9 licensed companies and related regulations.
4. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating versatility and commitment.
Requirements:
1. Holds or qualifies for registration as a Responsible Officer for 4, and 9 regulated activities under the SFC.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the securities and asset management industry, with preference given to candidates with business development experiences and client resources.
3. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, particularly SFC guidelines on asset management.
4. Master’s degree or above in economics, finance, or a related field.
