Responsibilities:
Manage Office and /or Retail leasing functions and monitor the leasing parameters including reviewing leasing documents, leasing strategy, receivables, vacancy, market trend and rental level;
Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants and property agents;
Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;
Perform ad hoc assignment as required.
Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably in property-related disciplines;
5-10 years' relevant working experience gained from property developers, with exposure in the field of office premises (including Grade A) and / or shopping arcades will be an advantage;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proficiency in computer knowledge / applications;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing & Leasing Manager.
