We are looking for a talent to:
Handle Office Leasing enquiries and inspections with potential tenants
Follow up on inspections, new leases and renewal leases
Initiate and execute leasing related promotion program
Prepare rental reports and other leasing related reports
Carry out regular market research, report and present management
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Basic requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of office leasing, marketing or customer service experience, experience gained in property developers/ property agency would be highly preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
Customer-oriented with good communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Positive and open minded
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
