We are currently on the lookout for a Legal Consultant with margin financing/margin loans experience to join our ranks to support our global financial service clients:
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 3–10 (+) years of PQE with relevant experience in margin loans and equity financing/derivatives
- Familiarity with APLMA documentation and structured equity products is an asset
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Working with and advising business clients, while providing guidance and practical solutions
- Draft and negotiate margin loan agreements using industry-standard documentation (e.g. APLMA)
- Structure and advise on equity financing transactions
