Responsibilities:
Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of other competitive financing products available in the market to better position the company’s offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
Identify and understand the Innovative Financing Solutions / Project needs of SMEs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Degree or above, preferable in Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines;
4 - 6 year+ stable relationship management experience with proven track record in handling business independently. (穩定的工作背景會是優勢)
Mastery of persuasive sales talk techniques, including consultative active listening, and tailored presentations.
Strong negotiation skills focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes and handling objections constructively.
Deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, with a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence, fostering a high-performing, collaborative sales team.
Background and experience in Logistics Industry / financial technology (Fintech) is a plus, though not required.
Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required; fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage.
