Key Responsibilities
- Establish network with business collaborators and insurance partner;
- Develop doctor network of the hospital, including but not limited to develop strategies in physician outreach, and maintain a strong tie with industry partners and stakeholders;
- Assist the team in daily operation of insurance business, including supervision and execution roles;
- Liaise with both internal and external parties including but not limited to insurance companies and business partners to facilitate business growth;
- Work closely with clinical departments on insurance operation and billing issues; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' working experience preferable in healthcare industry or Business Development, in which 2 years at supervisory role is preferred
- Good understanding of issues currently affecting the healthcare industry
- Excellent people skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Compensation and Employment Terms
We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
