The High Net Worth Operations Manager is responsible for providing professional new business and after-sales services support to ensure new business applications and after-sales service requests are completed effectively and efficiently.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with NBUW, Payment team, BA/IT, Actuary, and Case Manager to facilitate new application approval and policy issuance.
- Collect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurate.
- Data Capture, run NB workbench (FNA affordability, suitability, bridger checking, CRS, FATCA, admin issue, document sign date, cross age issue)
- Handle undertakings/assignments on policies with premium financing/pledging arrangements.
- Provide all-round support on after-sales services (including policy services and claims) for all high net worth and premium financing policies.
- Work with the Legal department to develop approved assignment documents for various banks.
- Handle enquiries from business partners, both internal and external, and provide proactive and timely follow-up.
- Prepare cash value letters, handle quarterly cash value statements, and annual policy reports.
- Maintain and build relationships with distribution channels, underwriters, actuarial, cashier, and L&C departments, etc.
- Share best practices periodically, support training and briefings for business partners to share policy servicing/premium financing tips, etc.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and special arrangements, e.g., jumbo cases, change of insured.
Required Qualifications:
- University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance, preferably in the HNW segment.
- Experience in handling premium financing, trust/PIC-related business, and a good understanding of the HNW business model.
- High proficiency in reading and writing English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented service.
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
