Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations Management
- Develop and implement daily operational plans for logistics, client services, and data analytics.
- Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per shipment, revenue growth) and execute corrective actions.
2. Financial Oversight
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial reports to senior leadership.
3. Team Leadership & HR
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of operations and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, coach managers, and lead employee relations efforts.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and government regulations (DOT, IATA, customs).
- Lead safety programs, risk assessments, and annual audits.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to drive process improvements.
- Safeguard company reputation by maintaining confidentiality and upholding core values.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 10+ years in operations or logistics management
- Regulatory Knowledge: DOT, IATA, customs, dangerous goods regulations, ISO standards, global trade compliance
- Technical Proficiency: MS Office; ERP/TMS systems, Power BI, Tableau, data-driven decision tools
- Leadership Credentials: Proven team leadership and coaching skills
