About the role:
You will be a key driver in delivering the strategic change agenda for the Supply Chain team covering a wide range of initiatives from system implementation or re-engineering, efficiencies and control as well as business process improvements. You will leverage your expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of transformation. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy.
What YOU’ll do:
Analyze and improve end-to-end downstream supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, distribution, warehouse operations and last-mile delivery.
Champion a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across departments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Retail, etc.) to develop SOPs to maximize utilization of warehouse.
Track order fulfillment and cross-departmentally provide feedback on order fulfillment rates and lead time.
Analyze SKU-level inventory data, suggest action plans for any inventory risk to support achieving sales targets, and continuously optimize inventory levels.
Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain analytics and digital transformation.
What YOU’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with a strong focus on downstream processes.
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with AI applications in supply chain (e.g., demand forecasting, route optimization) and proficient in MS Office.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently or collaboratively.
