The Marketing and Admissions Executive at Oxbridge School is responsible for supporting the marketing and admissions strategy. Working alongside our friendly team in an exciting and busy workplace, with excellent opportunities for future development.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Enrolments:
Handle admissions enquiries, advising parents on Admissions Policy and the likelihood of places, ensuring excellent communications throughout.
With admission colleagues, record and manage all inquiries, expressions of interest and waiting lists.
Arranging parental visits to the school, welcoming visitors, arranging and conducting tours as required.
Handle the complete admissions process from initial contact to pupil entry, with all associated administration.
Communicate appropriately with parents to inform them of offers or declined places.
Maintain up-to-date accurate record of where places are available at different points of entry throughout the school year.
Report on admissions status to Principal: share all registration data with relevant colleagues at regular intervals and key process points of the cycle.
Ensure information on admissions, registration fees, deposits, and leaver notices are communicated.
Support admissions and marketing events and publications as required: Open Mornings, Taster Days, Parents’ Information Evenings, Inductions, Recruitment Fairs and Exhibitions. Manage the invitations and administration of these events in close collaboration with the Principal
Maintain accurate student records, manual and digital .
Request files from previous schools, references and reports; forward required pupil information, including safeguarding files, to future schools.
Marketing and Communications:
Maintaining excellent relationships with the school community and ensuring the development of links with other agencies to promote the reputation of the school. Assist with management of social media, website, marketing, and brand guidelines. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market and competitors.
Education/Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and ideally Chinese
Experience:
Proven experience in school admissions and/or marketing
Experience in working closely with education professionals and conversant with what is needed in an effective school is desirable
Confident use of technology
Experience and knowledge of UK British National Curriculum Education, either as a student or as staff would be a distinct advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Approachable yet inspirational personality
A sense of humour and fun is essential!
