Responsibility
Support the planning and implementation of corporate communication initiatives;
Organize and execute product and sales promotions activities on ATL & BLT channels;
Coordinate with both internal and external parties for campaign implementation and marketing communication materials preparation;
Support daily operation of Corporate Communication & Marketing Department;
Assist to Marketing administrative work, prepare and delivery promotion material to retail shop;
Handle customers inquiries, provide professional advice to customers, maintain good relationship and follow up closely to the inquiries;
Maintain and take operational of content for various channels, such as social media platforms, website, etc. to drive traffic;
Monitor and report on website performance, digital marketing, SEO and social media engagement;
Monitor and report on all promotion or marketing campaigns ROI to assess effectiveness;
Maintain the CRM system and engaged in the planning of strategy;
Assist to conduct competitor or any other market trends, customer behaviors;
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirement
Degree holder in Marketing/ E-commerce/ Digital Marketing or related disciplines;
Preferably 5 years related work experience in a Corporate Communication or Marketing;
Fluent spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Self-motivated, positive and team-player, able to work independently;
Mature and patient in dealing with different age of people;
Good Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
