Marketing Executive (eCommerce)

Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the company’s ecommerce platform (Shopify). Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor and process online orders efficiently. Coordinate with logistics and supplier to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of product list and inventory.
• Prepare regular sales reports.
• Develop creative content for marketing collaterals such as SMS, Whatsapp, eDMs and social media.
• Handle Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce / digital acquisition.
• Well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
